The freighter “Aranui 3” sails 800 miles approximately once a month, from Papeete to the remote Marquesas Islands via the Tuamoto Islands. The voyage is scheduled for 15 days / 14 nights with ports of call at remote islands which have remained virtually untouched since the days of early explorers.
The Aranui 3 is first and foremost a working freighter that takes supplies to the islands you visit, however it has all the amenities you expect, including air-conditioned cabins, bar and lounge, library, video room, sun deck with pool and gym. |
